At 7,000 revs, this bad boy is capable of producing up to 90 hp, accompanied by 74 pound-feet (100 Nm) of brutal torque at about 3,700 rpm. In stock form, Milwaukee’s beast is powered by a twin-cooled V-twin behemoth with two valves per cylinder and a gargantuan displacement of no less than 1,202cc. While this may not be the first bespoke Sportster we’ve come across, it’s certainly one of the sexiest we've ever seen! For this venture, the chosen donor was a fearsome Sportster XR1200 from Harley-Davidson's almighty lineup, which the Taiwanese specialists have customized over the course of four painstaking months. Now, let’s take a second to drool over yet another fascinating piece of machinery brewed on this workshop’s premises. In the past, we featured a couple of their most notable exploits on these very pages, including a handsome Kawasaki Z1000 and a downright feral creature based on a 2009 Ducati Hypermotard 1100. The seat is upholstered in black perforated leatherette with red thread. The project we’ll be admiring today hails from an ambitious Taiwan-based enterprise named Cowboy’s Chopper. Kustoms in our custom workshop in Vélez Málaga (Spain).įrancisco Alí Manén (owner of Lord Drake Kustoms with locations in Miami and Vélez Málaga) says that this Sportster is a custom job on another level, especially for the beautiful combination of colors chosen. The “BULTRACKER 57” is a new Harley-Davidson Sportster scrambler customized by Lord Drake Below, the LDK tell us about the new build. Now he’s back with the “BULTRACKER 57,” based on a Nightster 1200 - the Motor Company’s blacked-out, lowered Sportster. We’ve featured several of these “Bultracker” and “Soulbreaker” Sportster scrambler builds over the years. Though he’s worked on a wide array of makes and models, one of his favorite platforms is the air-cooled Evo Sportster - a bike he transforms into bold, attention-grabbing scramblers that would like right at home on Main Street during Daytona Bike Week. Rally Bike Show, AMD World Championship of Bike Building, Daytona Bike Week Rat’s Hole Bike Show, and the Spanish Official Harley-Davidson Bike Show. He found his way on two wheels, and his list of awards on both sides of the Atlantic is too long to publish here, but include trophies in the European H.O.G. He actually started out doing vertical works (working on buildings and high-rises with only ropes), where he was pioneer of the sector in Spain, and he was also a successful mountaineer, completing expeditions in the Himalayas before accidents and injuries left him seeking a new path. Francisco Alí Manén of Lord Drake Kustoms is one of those builders who’s successfully made the transition from the heavy chrome choppers so popular in the early 2000s to a much more diverse and eclectic style, employing a large array of donor bikes and genres.
